Idk, he just.. kinda fit into the ring.. I mean, just look at that robe, and gloves and-, erm I make no sense, do I?..

This is one of those rare images where the second I saw the thumbnail, I HAD to check it out. The whole thing shows a kind of original Kirby game nostalgia, particularly reminding me of the battles in a ring during Kirby Super Star. The detail is amazing, from the fur of the robe to the feathers on Dedede's belly, and his face is somehow reminiscent of other cartoon-like penguins while still staying totally true to the Kirby style. The Waddle Dees were a great touch, especially lil' Dee up there looking like he's giving the master a pep talk. Not that Dedede needs it, mind you, because his face conveys its usual smug confidence perfectly well, clear for all to read. Overall, he seems a very formidable adversary. Great work!

I must say that I love the concept of this piece. King Dedede in a boxing match? How awesome!

Your painting style fits the concept of this piece perfectly. I especially enjoy the way you painted the fur of King Dedede's coat. In fact, I enjoy the way you painted everything on this deviation, the hammer, the red little things (I completely forgot how they're called, shame on me!), the King's hammer, the pillow, everything! I must also mention that the King's facial expression is very well-done.

The detail of the small feather on the boxing ring is a very nice touch which makes us think "I wonder what happened in the past round. Did the King win? Or did his opponent?"

Concluding, a very creative work with a fitting painting style. Keep up the amazing work.

In reallity, King Dedede will approve this. This would almost be like "The Last Supper" painting for him, but instead it is a battle with whoever he fights.
